I've been having a hard time lately. And by lately, I mean the last couple of years, with the past year and a half, right when I got very sick, just gut wrenching. It's a season, just a season, one of many seasons, and one I know that God is doing a great work in, and one I know that comes from the result of being willing to do the work and drudge through literally an entire life's worth of muck. I know all of that but holy crap does it suck. Like, rip your guts out, break your heart, extensive amount of tears, sucky suck suckington.
(This is where I put a disclaimer that says I know right now in the world a billion people are suffering unimaginable circumstances, right here in my Country and all around the world. I know this. I am not naive. This does not go unnoticed. Click the Read More button to learn how post-it notes started to shift everything.)

Confession: one of my most beloved places in all of Walt Disney World is Main Street USA. Yep, that seemingly "boring" entrance into the park is chock full of secret spots, places to cool down, characters to meet, and more. It's also that magical place where you first step into the park and first see the castle waiting for you at the end of Main Street. Here are a few tips and tricks to making the most of your Starbucks moment at WDW. After my Layla June left us suddenly, I was obviously distraught. Check the Vlog out to see our adventures in Disney Springs, at the Polynesian, and a sneak peek of the new Fireworks at Walt Disney World! If you like what you see, give it a thumbs up or hit subscribe! Thanks for watching! I'll be honest, up until a couple of years ago, I wasn't a Nordstrom girl. Now, it's my go-to shopping spot. What changed? Well, first, location - there were no Nordstroms at all in the city I lived in! When I moved back to the 'burbs, the proximity was too good to miss out on. Second, the search for one particular item brought me into Nordstrom (see below), and after that I was hooked.
These are my current favorite go-to Nordstrom brands for every day clothes, combining affordability with staying on trend. Even though summer doesn't end for another month, for lots of people it is rapidly coming to a close as back-to-school approaches. While you might mean to relax every weekend, the events, people, to-do lists, and more build up and you find yourself stressed out by Sunday night.
The time to relax is right now, friend. Here are five easy ways to actually relax this weekend. Welcome to my new blog! After much deliberation (read: several years) and forcing my loved ones to hear me debate on blog names, I'm just gonna go ahead and dive in.
