our second home (& how you can visit!)

This time last year, my mom and I hopped a flight to Orlando, met up with my uncle who lives there, and went on a house hunting extravaganza. We spent a super long day going from community to community, looking at 8 or 9 altogether. By the end of the day, all I wanted was a big meal and a long nap, but I'm so glad I got to go along for this adventure because it showed me just how incredible of a second home my mom picked. Since I saw so many of the, well, crappier options, both in terms of homes and communities, I get to appreciate ours that much more and relish in the luxury that it really is. Plus, a second home within minutes to Disney World?! Dream. Come. True.

To say Reunion has been a blessing would be an understatement. Having this gorgeous and peaceful space to retreat to during what has been a truly challenging year has been a life saver. When Layla June died this summer and I couldn't make sense of anything, we booked a flight and just went to Reunion, letting me start to heal in the beautiful sunshine. Knowing we get to offer that same peace and joy to friends, family, and even lots of total strangers has been so neat.

We'd love for YOU to come stay in our condo with your friends or family, whether it's to see Walt Disney World all decked out for the holidays (we have some dates left in December), a girls weekend getaway, to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, to visit Harry Potter world at Universal, get your lego on at LegoLand, or even just enjoy a long weekend on the grounds of Reunion, which is a vacation in and of itself.
